These are very nice medium/low impact sports bras. I wear a 38 DDD (bought size XL), so finding a supportive sports bra that I don't spill out if when bending over and that doesn't break the bank is difficult. These fit the bill though. Let me start by saying, the padding is useless, small, and annoying. Luckily, the pads are easily removed and thrown in the trash. The criss-cross back holds the straps in a nice area while working out, and the criss-cross front adds extra security to keep the girls from falling out when I bed over. Nice fabric and the bra feels of good quality. I like the amount of stretch, which means I don't dislocate a shoulder trying to put the bra on. I don't think this bra is supportive enough for running or jumping activities, but is perfect for cycling, zumba, and other non-bouncy workouts. I've got another set of 3 in my cart ready to buy.
