I rarely review products, but I have to review this one. I've been using Listerine floss for my arthritis for years. The product made it easier for me to use. I couldn't find the supplement at my local pharmacy anymore, so I decided to try something else. I bought this product because I thought it would become cheaper to use regular filament over time. This product is currently sitting in the back corner of my vanity. Working with this product is absolutely nerve-wracking. I followed the product directions, looked at the U-tube directions, and then tried my own alternatives when others didn't work. It is constantly weakening or breaking away. If it comes off you will need to twist the top. Initially, the floss loosens after brushing about 2-3 teeth. Now it's harder to twist the tip. I just gave up. If I hadn't used it yet I would definitely return it! Twenty dollars wasted. Too bad I didn't pay attention to other reviews before buying. That's a good idea, but it doesn't work!
