I've been looking for a tower for my cat for a long time after buying a bunch of crap, he just doesn't use it. This immediately caught my attention because it's not your typical "beige rug wrapped". My cat is very picky about where he will sleep (dog beds are his favorite spots, he completely ignores his own beds - what a waste of money). I know he doesn't like plush surfaces so this was perfect! I knew he would love the baskets as they aren't all soft and fluffy (we even removed the liner from the top basket). I'm sooooo glad I made the right choice - he loves it and uses every part of it - sleeps in the basket and 'egg', scratches all the bars and jumps around. Basement so he could watch the birds from outside, but I didn't need a huge tower. This one was perfect as we put him on a storage shelf and his top basket goes to the ceiling and he loves it! Doesn't even go to the window lol. This item is of excellent quality, worth its price, very durable and carefully crafted. My only warning though: if your cat is big and fat, this probably isn't the best option. Our shorty, thin and small for a perfect fit. Very happy with the purchase and highly recommend!
