While I now realize the odd patterned elastic was pictured when I ordered it, I wasn't expecting it to be so bright. I was hoping I could only roll/flip it once, but as you can see it's worse on the underside. I bought it for carnival, the colors are perfect, just wish the waste band was a solid black rubber band. I didn't find one that has the glitter color I wanted with a black waste stripe, so I'm going to change that one out. Please only use black rubber band! Otherwise it's a decent tutu with a lining and a clear pouch making it comfortable and not itchy. I'm tall so I'll wear leggings underneath as it's quite short if I wear it around my waist rather than my hips.
