Kevin Murphy has been my shampoo and conditioner for years. Upon receipt of the order was fine - no leaks - all in good condition. When we started using it, the shampoo was thinner than usual and the conditioner was a different color and smell. I thought maybe the formula was changed. I ordered more from another supplier (not Revain) and the kit I received was the original formula! I try to be very careful when buying Revain, reading reviews and making decisions based on them. Seems I misunderstood this supplier as the shampoo was the same except it was diluted and the conditioner was very different. I use a dark brown formula and this one was white. I am so disappointed.
