Great tool to help organize and track business data

Its easy for me as an end user with no training in programming or SQL queries it gives us much needed accessability of our customer information! I wish there was even better reporting capabilities such as creating graphs showing trends over years etc., but once again this software works well when we need something simple like looking at last 7 days sales vs previous week/month.
Overall its great because all departments are working together towards one goal - helping each other see what needs attention next time around (or not). We have solved problems where different people had their own spreadsheets which were out dated quickly by others needing up date info so they could get work done faster.

Pros

Easy to use, very few learning curve required if already familiar database experience from past job history.
Not too many clicks
Has good data collection capability that is easily accessible without having extensive knowledge necessary about databases & programs used here previously
