Review on 🎤 Official GoPro Accessory: 3.5mm Mic Adapter for GoPro HERO8 Black/HERO7 Black/HERO6 Black/HERO5 Black by Darrell Beecher

Probably one of the most frustrating and annoying name brand products I've ever bought. Simply put, it just doesn't work reliably enough to justify the purchase. The microphone jack was so poorly constructed that it doesn't even connect properly to the plug. No audio is captured 75% of the time. If you are conducting an interview or recording a video where sound is important, DO NOT RELY ON IT. I can't tell you how many times I thought everything was perfect only to find out he never recorded any sound. Worst of all, there's no way to verify it's working until you view it on the camera after recording or uploading a video. The only reason I keep using it is because I don't know of a better solution, an external microphone :/
