Setup was easy: Label printer

So far this seems like a decent printer. The time will show. I had no trouble setting it up on a Windows network. Download the driver from the website and run the program. Start the software and select BCL 203. Click Add TCP/IP Port. Find out what the IP address of the device is. Enter the address, both fields will be filled with the IP address. Click Search. Windows most likely won't find it, so add a shared port, follow the instructions, and you're done. Open Printers & Scanners and send a test page. super painless.
