Almost as good as Theragun
I've used the Theragun and the percussion is a bit different but I think it does the deep tissue massage just as well. It's actually a bit more painful for me (not sure if that's a good thing), but you can adjust the pressure. I use it after hard workouts or runs. I think the price difference is worth the trade off as it has similar benefits, but I've used it more than Theragun.
