I have had this strap for almost a year now and it is holding up very well. I bought the gray color and I love the look. The main downside for me is that I have very small wrists and this strap is not snug - it slips around my arm. Another hole in the tape would have helped (I tried but didn't have the right tools to punch another hole myself). The gray trim has worn away (10 months later) and now looks dirty black. Using a $12 bracelet for a year is totally appropriate. I won't be buying it again as I would love to find something that fits my wrist better, but I can't fault the quality or durability of the product, especially considering I wear it day and night. I would have given 5 stars if it didn't fit my small wrist.
