I think I said too soon. This table, while strong for the first few weeks, starts to deteriorate fairly quickly. A piece of wood on top begins to come loose, and metal parts tumble. I will return this item. For the sake of transparency, here is my original review: I just moved into a new apartment and was looking for a table for my dining room. One of my colleagues had this table in his apartment so I asked him to give information about it so I could buy it for myself. I'm incredibly impressed with the durability of this table as it doesn't look very sturdy in the photos. It's also super space-efficient since I can place things like bottles or plates on the lower shelves, and I can compress the table if I need it for work or just to save space in general. I definitely recommend trying this table out if you have a dining room where you want to save some space!
