This set is perfect for me. I have snake bites, monroe and my nose. I kept losing the ones I had for my nose (other labia). I started with the longest of the 3 for my lip to even out any puffiness. I switched to medium length the next day and am happy with it so far. I need elongated lip strips because they are too thick. After inserting them, I took the shortest bobby pin and stuck it up my nose (the bullet isn't necessary, but is less likely to fall out with it). I feel complete again
