Review on ARCTIC P12 PWM PST - 120mm Computer Case Fan with Pressure-optimized Quiet Motor, White/Transparent, Fan Speed: 200-1800 RPM by Kero Kero ᠌

Good product for me, no problems at all.

A pair is present in the processor's PSU and Zalman cooler, and they are both connected by a 4-pin CPU. Everything I used to plug into the PSU created a noise or cracked owing to an unusual placement, and at slower consistent speeds, the PSU warmed up throughout matches and occasionally failed. 1080p60 spins at 950–1200 rpm in Chrome with a dozen tabs and YouTube, which is regarded as conditionally silent. My intention was to prevent rumbling at night. The primary component in games at 1400 rpm offers the old e5450 a visible air flow, and the PSU is now cool when necessary. By example, AEROCOOL 12 Rev Red creates a mild, unobtrusive background hum on the face, but when it stops, it is immediately evident that the hum has vanished. There were Gelid Quiet 12 (450r) and AEROCOOL Motion 12 plus (250r), both of which are silent but have poorer balance and produce a rumble. Only a 5400 rpm HITACHI HDS5C3020ALA632 hard drive's motor may be heard at night now because it is mounted on rubber pads:) The hum will still be present even if you write your own script for silence in modern motherboards, and because my vintage GA-EP43-DS3L only has one 4pin connector, these valves are just a gift.

Pros
  • No overtones like hum or crackling can be heard. The radiator is well-blown by the directed flow (raking blade shape) works upside-down sans the old PSU's crackle-crunch-howl Quite and lacking in nuance
Cons
  • You may hear the speed shift when loading large pages like 1080p60 YouTube videos in full silence. It is time for a tempo change, a brief tone change, and then quiet speech once more.
