Review on BeadSmith Portable Beader Travel Design by Kelsey Brown

Good tool for the price!

I bought this set as I am new to jewelry making and based on other reviews I was looking for exactly what I was looking for. To be honest, I didn't expect such good quality for this price and was therefore pleasantly surprised. It's smaller than you might think judging by the product image, it's really packed with tools. However, this is a mini travel set and this size is perfect for it. They fit in any decent wallet. However, I would not recommend using a designer tray for storing beads and finds while traveling as they are more likely to fall out and get mixed up. The container itself closes well but is easy to open. Good plastic, not flimsy junk that can become brittle or break. The instruments themselves are beautifully finished and feel good in the hand. They serve their purpose well and the small clippers have a protective cap that also keeps them closed. The only improvement I can think of is that the flocked design tray has a plastic lid that you can put on top of it to keep your project you are working on neat and tidy when you use it to take your project with you. during the travel. Or maybe a zippered storage bag can be used? I don't plan to travel with my gear so it's not a problem for me but I've decided to to write a bit about it, as others might want to use it for that. Overall, I give this set a well-deserved 5 stars.
