So easy and super user friendly!!!: Fileflow
It's very intuitive to use - it has all of my business contacts in one place that I can easily access from anywhere at any time! The only thing about file flow is how difficult they are with adding new users/contacts for you which makes me wonder if there may be some fees involved? If we could just add more accounts right away without having them approve us first then this would not have been an issue but otherwise i love everything so far-it really does seem like magic when uploading documents!! We're able solve our document storage problems as well since now every employee gets their own drive (we used google docs)and also shareable links too. Files get uploaded within minutes instead hours before using other software solutions out here :) This saves tons off work manhours each month. ! :). My favorite part was being allowed unlimited.

- It takes half hour max per meeting, versus several days worth or weeks sometimes even months depending where ever else people were located around world while working remotely
