This product has received excellent reviews but we are very disappointed. The doors stick to the weatherproof coating and one of the magnets doesn't lift, so the doors won't close after the cat has passed. After purchase I see in the very long FAQ section on the product page that some others have had to attach magnetic strips and do other DIY modifications to fix these issues, but this is not necessary given the cost of the product! At this point it's too late to return it and I can't find the company's contact information to ask for help or a refund. Disappointed but we will MANUALLY close the damn door after the cat when we get home to do it. lame!
