If you use this polish as directed: fixer, 2 coats of polish, gloss, fixer and use a blow dryer for each coat, your polish will last 10 days without chipping on your hands and more than a month on your hands legs. The hair dryer is part of the chip protection process. You cannot remove this with traditional removal. You must use Sophie Remover. You apply a remover. Leave on for 1 minute, then scrape with an orange stick or cuticle pusher. Since then my nails have become white and healthy. I chose it for health reasons, but it has also proved to be a time saver and my nails have grown longer.
