Good product - cleaning products

I really like the mop. It felt good in my hand, was light weight and did a good job of removing water from the shower door. However, one of the two I bought had a broken handle because it looks like improper soldering as you can see in the attached photos. Another scraper I bought at the same time seems fine with no damage to the handle joint. In general I like the product but would appreciate a replacement for the broken one.
