So far I've only used the QuickKeys, but I'm very happy with them. Using it on a MacBook Pro for work apps is basically having separate hotkeys for things like mic/video mute, desktop sharing etc in apps like MS Teams, Skype, Zoom, GoToMeeting. I couldn't initially find a way to map the scroll wheel to volume up/down, but was able to do it with Keyboard Maestro. I'll fiddle around more and see if I can do it natively with the XENCELABS software. The app is responsive and easy to set up, and the device is solidly built too. I plan to use the tablet for note taking and models in software prototyping products, not for artistic drawing. Will be updated as I gain experience with PowerPoint, OneNote, Notion, Figma, SuperNova, proto.io and other product management software. Regarding the customer support aspect, I asked ASIN QuickKeys how I can get a case for the device itself as there is a good case in the box but it is a combo case for a tablet and a QuickKeys device. I don't often see a tablet with me on my travels, but I didn't want to take the whole combo case with me. Customer service responded quickly to my question and asked me to contact them directly to get a small case. You couldn't wish for better! Will update in the future if I have any problems or advice
