Like many parents, I saw the high rating, read the company's history and was impressed with what I found. All parents want the best for their child. I bought three packs for my 19 month old daughter and while brushing her teeth I noticed she was acting weird only to look down and find white bristles around the outside of her mouth. I put my hand in her mouth and literally pulled little tufts of bristles out of her mouth. Obviously I was horrified to find this out and felt so guilty for buying them for her. When I tested the toothbrush I could easily pull the clumps of bristles out of the toothbrush, I tested the brush when we first bought the set and didn't notice this problem. I think that happens within a few weeks of use. If you love your child, you are serious about finding the best brush.
