I bought this Chromebook in July 2020 and absolutely loved it until October of that year the right hinge broke and the touchscreen cracked rendering the Chromebook completely unusable. This was with normal usage. I haven't dropped a Chromebook or had an accident. I just lifted the screen to the top position and the hinge and touchscreen broke. I believe this is due to a design flaw (google search and see) as well as poor workmanship and material defects. Good luck trying to take advantage of the one year warranty as Lenovo will NOT fix this under warranty as they state that the base warranty does not cover any "accidental damage" which they see fit. Full of BS! So I basically paid $100 a month to use it and now it's going to cost over $300 to fix. Also, good luck finding a cheap screen replacement. Do yourself a favor and buy another reputable brand that is higher quality and from a company that will honor their warranty. My first and last purchase of a Lenovo product.
