After slipping with a very sharp fillet knife / finger injury (sad part is I've finished filleting and haven't made it to my knife roll yet. Hospital.) Lesson learned. PLEASE NOTE that it is cut resistant (and not cut resistant), it is not designed to withstand punctures, bruises, nails, splinters or jaw life. It will protect you from those samurai slicing actions. - There is only one glove (for your second hand, if you need two you are either a very experienced pro or a complete amateur. see above) Well, - this is a composite with cut resistant material throughout, the best thing is that it is a little small but stretchable. While I'm sure it gives me a slightly lower level of protection than Misses who also wear the same thing, it always works for both of us. it also stays on hand, even if it gets wet with salt water it stays in place. (great for both big and small hands) - I use this when we fish/fillet fish. Dexterity/mobility is great, they're also breathable (a big plus) and dry well - not bulky at all when we're hunting, I use them in some field shoulder gloves. (I use it anytime now, butcher) - You'll need a glove, too, if you're not just worried about your hand. (Better take a glove at 10am and save yourself the trip to the hospital) The Not So Good. NODDA (first time this happened) The only problem I've seen is other people keep borrowing it. Bottom line, I'm ordering more.
