The box is good, all the parts came with no obvious signs of damage. However, I had problems from the start. Followed the instructions and downloaded the drivers from the Huion website, connected the tablet to my computer (Lenovo Yoga C740-15IML) and turned it on. The tablet's screen was completely black, except for the icon that indicates a problem with the connection to the computer. My friend walked in and long story short we found that neither the 3-1 cable nor the USB cable would work directly with my computer and I had to buy an HDMI to USB cable adapter and plug it into the Connect my computer's USB-C port. . (I checked my computer's connections with other devices, so I know the cables were the problem). It was a little annoying, but I took to using a pen. That didn't work at first either. I googled for solutions and tried it down to what I would say medium difficulty and then just gave up in frustration. Then I tried again a while later and the pen decided to work. I still don't know what's going on. annoys. But whatever, finally I could use it. I download Photoshop and enjoy a nice evening. The stylus was great, the screen was great, and everything seemed worth the brain cells I lost setting it up. The very next day I turned it on (nothing was disabled and I didn't mess with the settings overnight) and although I could see my computer's background on the tablet's display, no apps were visible. I tried turning everything on and off, reconnecting everything, but it just didn't work. As I type this, I stare at the glorified frame in the background of my desktop. I'm so upset I almost threw the thing away. out my window and before I could decide whether I should just jump in with it to end my dizzying headache I realized I should just return it and write a review (and unfortunately my first review seems to be negative) . Do what you will with this information, I hope your fate is better than mine in any case.
