Review on 🚽 Convenient Gray Squatty Potty Porta Traveler: Foldable 7" Height Toilet Stool for Travel by Johnathan Cash

design flaw. in travel version

Overall I was a big fan of the Squatty Potty and bought 9 in total (for friends/family). However, their travel version, while light and compact, has one major design flaw that they SHOULD be aware of. ie, it develops stress cracks on both sides soon after use, but not in the middle. Thinking it might just be a mistake in their production I bought a second one (grey travel version). and within a few months the same stress fractures occurred. As I generally liked their main product I wrote to them (directly through their own website and over 5 weeks ago at the time of writing) to specifically state the source of the problem (i.e. their travel version has 5 horizontal reinforcement/support bars underneath the foot platform EXCEPT directly under the center where there are only 2 bars). highest stress) is clearly the cause of fractures in the plastic. which by the way became more and more in the course of time. An additional effect is that shortly after the first crack, the platform will bend slightly, often causing it to break during use. --- One might wonder why anyone would bother to write this long, long, long review of this product. ? --- Too much free time in the middle of the corona virus? . Maybe. But for such an overall great product, it's a shame the owners/operators aren't tackling what should be an "easy fix" for the production side of their Porta Potty Traveler release.
