Nice but poor zipper, good customer service
The bag itself looks great, it's very cute and fashionable. However, the zip is always open when pulled closed because the prongs diverge/expand as the zip is closed. On the first day of use this happened and within a month I had to stop using it due to this problem. Update - The company refunded me in full and for that I am very grateful. It seems that if you have any problem with your purchase, they kindly take care of it.
