I love that it's mobile friendly, has job listings for all types of positions including office-job, entry level as well with different options to search, very user friendly. Also easy system setup and management is amazing! So much better in comparison to other platforms we use before. Not many downsides but would like more functionality - perhaps more templates or designs available within certain positions? As mentioned earlier they are able to put together templates so there is little design involved at least the ones offered. This helps keep things cost effective by reducing development time to set up an account and edit/change if needed without having someone custom develop an app from scratch specifically what you need. We used this site first internally and then began using outside after realizing they were cheaper than our competitors which helped us get started quicker without wasting resources learning it ourselves. The whole process took only about 2 weeks and It's pretty easy to use and there's a lot of job postings out there. I like that I can access my resume from anywhere and that I can create multiple profiles. I dislike that it's a bit on the expensive side to use. It's a good tool to use for a job search. It gives you access to a ton of job postings that you are not able to access from other websites. It's pretty easy to use and I like that I can access my resume from anywhere.
