I like that you can create multiple profiles for yourself, so it's easy to switch between them when needed! Great way of keeping track with your applications online without having tons (or any) clutter in my email inbox or phone message folder!! I love that it's mobile friendly, has job listings for all types of positions including office-job, entry level as well with different options to search, very user friendly. Also easy system setup and management is amazing! So much better in comparison to other platforms we use before. The ability to keep you up-to date with all of your current job postings, as well as search for new ones that haven't hit yet! If I am looking at my local listings or searching in an area where there is no availability listed - it would be nice if they could make something available immediately without having me wait 3 days before posting again when someone does show interest after being 'unavailable' initially (which we've had happen twice).
