I like that you can search by job title, department or location to find what is needed for your project! It's easy to use when searching multiple locations at once as well. There are some areas where it could be improved such as being able to create more than one account which would make things easier if using with several people in different time zones/locations (which we do). The ability of creating an unlimited number accounts so each person has their own profile but still have access from other profiles makes this very useful tool! Great way to keep track of all our projects across many sites / clients etc without having lots of spreadsheets open simultaneously!
