I started a job where I stare at a computer all day so blue light goggles are a must. This is a good place to start because they're good, but they can't be used forever. The lenses seem to warp/enlarge slightly, which is surprising as I ordered the non-prescription lenses. They also give off a fairly strong tint, but they are effective at reducing blue light exposure. I felt the difference looking at the screen with and without them. The frames are very cheap plastic, and such a small creek. All in all it's a good temporary option but I ended up ordering blue light blocking glasses from another site because they were very dirty and poor quality.
