I bought this watch because I wanted to be able to answer text messages while I'm away from my phone at work. NO such luck. The keyboard is tiny, you can't type a letter. I've been trying to set this clock for weeks. It only survives in times of war and does not keep the date. Would only link my Instagram account. So that I can receive an SMS or a call. I had to buy an SD card. (not listed in the book). The apps (SimValley Phone Watch and BTSmartWatch) that are supposed to be used are not working. Just consume the entire battery life. It is designed to record your steps, heart rate and blood pressure. THERE IS NONE OF THIS! The instructions are useless. Lots of grammatical errors and makes no sense. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
