The sloping heel makes it difficult to put the foot down

I don't really like the shape of the slipper. The heel is slightly curved. I understand the reason - once the foot is in, the sloping heel holds it. Unfortunately, it is also difficult to put on. The slippers I bought for my daughter are a bit too big so she definitely has room to put her foot in easily and yet she usually steps on her heel when not holding it with her hand. So if you buy the right size slippers, they probably aren't "slippers" in the sense that just putting your foot in them might not work. They're also pretty thin. I was expecting them to be thicker on both the sole and upper. The positive thing is that they don't slip on our parquet floors. So they work perfectly, but I wouldn't buy them again. I would prefer Acorn Mock Slippers with no side elastics like these = acorn + kids + moc + slipper which we had before and which I was looking to replace with this purchase.

Pros
  • Artificial sole
Cons
  • There are doubts
