This is definitely a nice upgrade over your stock George Foreman grills. I've used it about a dozen times now in the few weeks I've had - cooked fish, burgers, chicken, steak. Pros - I was impressed with the preheat time and how it was able to maintain that temperature throughout cooking - something my old GF grill couldn't do. Cleaning is also easy. Cons - My main complaint is when you levitate the top panel in the closed position and then open it. The top plate is positioned in such a way that dirt drips onto the countertop and not into the drip tray. Also make sure that no hot fat gets on the power cable. See my attached picture. This can be avoided by closing the top panel every time you open it. Advice. Make sure the meat is dry enough if you want it to brown. If you drop a wet piece of marinated meat in, don't expect it to brown - it just sits in a pool of liquid and won't brown. The slots on the panels are not too high. In summary, excellent but not perfect. Seems to be a high quality device. I expect this to last a long time.
