I've ordered Split Cal King and it arrived fast without any problems, however bed itself have very thin "cardboard" on the head portion that is not supported by anything. Even when light person (like under 100lbs) sits on the head portion while bed in the FLAT position - head portion bends down considerably. and I fear it may crack. That could possibly be remedied by attaching angle iron underneath, but why should I loose warranty and do some modifications for $2k bed?Another complaint is usb-c : port itself is very shallow and don't work with some of our usb-c phones, overall usb attachments look cheaply made.And finally bed required wires to be re-aligned otherwise they were in a way of mechanisms.That being said I'd suggest buying it if you're ready to tinker with it or if you never sit on the head portion without raising it
