Addition to my review! After a few months of use, the seat back began to crack at the bottom. Soon the back failed completely. I have requested and received a return authorization. When I received the return shipping credit, I was charged $14 for the restocking. The seller says the product has a 100% guarantee for one year. I asked why I was being charged and the seller replied that it was Revain's policy. I am trying to figure out how to do this as I have never been charged a restocking fee for a returned item. Building instructions are fine if you like puzzles. There is a part that is already there but looks like a separate part. Received a pack of sticky back pads with no explanation. There are two velcro straps on the parts list. I have 4 but no instructions how to use them. The biggest problem, however, are the socket head screws that attach the seat to the frame. They are of poor quality and are so shallow in depth that the Allen key provided barely fits in the socket. It's nearly impossible to thread them through a deep pocket in the seat, through both walls of the frame, and into the included nut without outside help. Even after the nuts are tightened, tightening is a long and tedious process.
