Don't get me wrong, the product is amazing. Soft touch and very pleasant RGB lighting that can be customized. I was hesitant at first when I bought this product because people said that the keycaps disappear after a period of use. Well yes it went away for me after 6-7 months of use (purchased around June 2020). I play a lot of Call of Duty, so my "A, W, S, D" keys are already faded. See picture for reference. I would have given 5 stars but gave 1 star because of that. Basically, I was lied to about being told that ROCCAT was going to end this release, but they didn't keep their promise. I'm hoping to get a replacement and see if they actually fixed it. DO NOT RECOMMEND this keyboard if you don't want your keys to disappear within 1 year of use.
