I like this keyboard. Printing with it is a pleasure. However, the keycaps began cracking almost immediately; I'm talking about day one. I've had to change a few to avoid irritating my fingers, but I'm afraid they all wear out within a week. The problem is that I don't type very much and use them all day, every day. I'll have to see if I can get a replacement set. If it works I'll give five stars back. Otherwise this keyboard is fantastic - no other known issues.

Best keyboard I've ever owned. I had many different ones because I wasn't always a player. I've only recently switched from console to PC, but I've always used computers. This keyboard is perfect for whatever you need to do. Need to write a report? No problem. Do you have to kill a bunch of baddies in the game? No problem. And the customer service is amazing. I had an issue with one of my keys (paint chipped) and was fixed with no problem or hassle. Great company, great product.

Overall this keyboard is awesome. Nice to use, nice colors. I want to recommend it so bad. Unfortunately, after only 20 hours of regular use, the paint on the keycaps began to wear off. I'm very disappointed because I think this is the most attractive keyboard I've ever seen (besides, a good white keyboard can be hard to find). I have contacted Roccat and they will take care of me. This keyboard is truly amazing and I'm thrilled I took the risk even though the reviews said the paint on the keys was chipping. Don't get me wrong, the product is amazing. Soft touch and very pleasant RGB lighting that can be customized. I was hesitant at first when I bought this product because people said that the keycaps disappear after a period of use. Update about 8 months later (04/27/21): So the latest version of swarm is finally running smoothly (no hub required). I've turned off automatic updates and am now testing updates on a random computer before installing new versions. 5* from me. My caps work great too. I use it every day and wipe it down with diluted isopropyl alcohol to clean it from time to time and nothing peels or rubs off so people either scratch their keys while typing or there is a quality control issue that isn't for…
