I take this when I go kayaking just in case it’s too hot, but I’ve never really needed it. Sometimes it accidentally turns on in my dry bag. I took it to an outdoor concert this summer and was able to enjoy myself while everyone else was sweating to death! It fit perfectly in my clear concert bag. This is an overall great product. The fabric is extremely comfortable and soft, which is good because you don't want uncomfortable textures in a product you use for migraines, and it fits well on my head, although your mileage may vary. I bought this kit for the simple fact I could do this on my own and I didn't need all the powders and such. It doesn't have a strong odor if any at all which I love. Reason I pulled a star off was due to the instructions. 4 of my instructions in the little book were not in the correct order or under the correct photo. My next issue is it says use a dehydrater but the kit doesn't come with it only a slip solution. And if the slip solution is there to be the dehydrator then it needs to specify so.See full review

Garbage. Complete garbage! The lock malfunctioned after just a few months of use thus trapping my $900 bike to the telephone pole I locked it to. The button stuck. The button is the only way to disengage the the lock. With no way to get it off I was forced to walk several miles through snow and cold. I bought this lock because it looked and felt quite heavy duty. But it is anything but. I tried in vain to release the lock without destroying it. I used lockease, wd-40 etc. But nothing worked. I use these for my softball team's pre-game hitting warmup. I used to use the sklz balls, but I'd lose at least one a game (black side up, tall grass, and the girls can rip them when they get ahold of one clean.).
