Garbage. Complete garbage! The lock malfunctioned after just a few months of use thus trapping my $900 bike to the telephone pole I locked it to. The button stuck. The button is the only way to disengage the the lock. With no way to get it off I was forced to walk several miles through snow and cold. I bought this lock because it looked and felt quite heavy duty. But it is anything but. I tried in vain to release the lock without destroying it. I used lockease, wd-40 etc. But nothing worked. I then gently tapped the unlocking button with a ballpeen hammer to hopefully disengage it without destroying the lock. Using very little force the lock did disengage, it literally just fell apart into pieces. So if a thief had a small hammer they could open the lock in seconds with very little effort. I'm just glad it was me opening the lock and not a theif. Complete garbage!
