Sturdy, would buy again

Really love this lock! Bought 2 for both my husband and me and both pieces seem sturdy and solid. Love the ability to change the code (so both could be the same code if we flip flopped them). Would be awesome if this also came with a holder piece to attach it to the frame, but we've been bringing a backpack on our rides anyway we can store them in.

  • The cable is not adjustable, making it difficult to secure bikes of varying sizes or to secure bikes to awkward objects or angles

Weak product best in my review

After less than a week of buying it, they stole our bikes without any issue. They didn't show any signs of hesitation or struggle to open this lock.

Useless garbage. Will trap your bike and can only be opened through unsettlingly easy destruction!

Garbage. Complete garbage! The lock malfunctioned after just a few months of use thus trapping my $900 bike to the telephone pole I locked it to. The button stuck. The button is the only way to disengage the the lock. With no way to get it off I was forced to walk several miles through snow and cold. I bought this lock because it looked and felt quite heavy duty. But it is anything but. I tried in vain to release the lock without destroying it. I used lockease, wd-40 etc. But nothing worked. I…

Looks solid and sturdy

Just got it, so haven’t used it yet. Looks sturdy and hope it willkeep thieves from cutting it. Time will tell. Thanks for attention.
