This keyboard is truly amazing and I'm thrilled I took the risk even though the reviews said the paint on the keys was chipping. If you're reading this, you're already familiar with the concept, mechanics, and look, so I won't waste time on that. I type at least 1,000 words every day, in addition to video editing most of the day when a dozen keys are pressed God knows how many times. I'm happy to report that any problem with peeling paint has probably been solved, even with fingers that are sometimes slightly greasy (an obscene sin I know. Forgive me). There are no paint wear marks. The only extremely minor downside is that the beautiful polished aluminum finish can be scratched by hard objects like a ring.
