I think if I pay over $100 for a mouse, I can get a better mouse. If it was any cheap mouse I would understand. However, after using this for 2 weeks, messing around with all the software, fixing bugs and reading forum posts about it, I can only assume this product is still in beta. You need to download the Synapse software that controls your mouse settings. Great, but it doesn't work as it should because of the buggy. Here's the problem though: restoring and/or reinstalling Synapse results in random errors - let me explain. Error #1 may be there so reinstall and the problem will be fixed, but now error #2 and #3 are there. I've never come across any software that does this, it's confusing. So far I've found the following bugs: - [Maybe this isn't a bug] In order for the mouse to be recognized at all, you must first connect it to USB using a wired connection. I'm not sure if this is intentional. Synapse reports X% of battery life, but clicking to go deeper into settings shows a completely different percentage of battery life. Not just a percent or two, logging into Synapse for example showed my mouse had 90% battery life, but when I click to change settings it says 0% battery remaining. Synapse might think it's a brand new mouse. depending on the connected USB port. This will "reinstall required software" and restart your computer even if you have everything you need. - Turns off several times a day. Every disconnect I've experienced has been quick, mostly 1-3 seconds, and then reconnects. As you switch DPIs, you should see a popup in the right corner showing what you've switched to. Instead, it rarely shows up, and the behavior gets even weirder when you plug your mouse into other USB ports. After reinstalling Synapse it worked for a few hours, but then it started glitching again. Battery life with RGB off and in "super fast mode" is more than 25-30 hours than the advertised 70 hours. I know Razer will most likely comment below with copy paste to contact support and yet I'm pretty much the same. I've looked through many help forums, read Razer's answers, implemented their suggestions, and nothing seems to help. Secondly, I realize that most problems are related to the software and not the mouse itself.
