The support team is very responsive and always willing to help out! They are also great at keeping up-to-date with new features as they come along. I have found that their prices are fair compared to other competitors in this space. There isn't anything bad about using OI - it's just been an overall positive experience so far. I would recommend them highly if you're looking for a reliable service provider who can be trusted to get things done right first time around and deliver quality products. We use OI for our email marketing platform (Campaign Monitor). Their customer service has been good, but nothing special really. The only downside is that there haven't been any major updates or releases recently which makes us wonder whether the product will continue to evolve over time. That said, everything we've used from OI has worked well enough for our purposes so far.
