Fairly easy to install for a semi-beginner
I have an EZGO RXV and have somewhat limited experience with electronics and golf carts. The light kit was pretty easy to install and connect. An online YouTube video helped. I had to drill a few holes in the plastic trim on the sides of the golf cart to allow the zip ties to position the lights where I wanted. The lighting kit has been on the cart for a few months now and seems to be working well.
