It works, but it's multi-layered.
I can say with confidence that it works. I made a small bag to put my electronics in. I was able to block cell service. I couldn't find my phone with FMIP and I couldn't ping it with FMIP. He lost cell phone reception while in that bag. I also put a bluetooth keyboard in my bag and it lost signal too. Tips: You need a layered fabric to create an effective barrier. I made a barrier of 3 layers but 4 or more is better. In addition, the entire electronics must be completely covered. Don't leave spaces. BluetoothCellularWiFiGPSEffectively blocked
