I followed the review and ordered a size up but it was still a bit tight. I'm 5ft 3in, 130lbs and usually wear a size down. In this case, the medium fits well, but it's a little tight on my (admittedly broad, athletic) shoulders. I couldn't even wear a thin sweater underneath. .Also ordered a large one just to compare but ended up keeping the medium one because the large one was too baggy. I have attached photos of medium (first photo) and large (second photo). to use as a light spring/autumn jacket so you'll probably wear it over t-shirts and tops anyway. a bit of a snag so it's not the best quality but I'll probably wear it without the zipper anyway!
