Review on DJI Mavic Air Arctic White Quadcopter with Remote Controller by Pressure Cook

Revainrating 5 out of 5

DJI pushed the urge to hum out of my body. they are that bad!

Finished my Masters degree last year (March), excellent first few weeks. Then the nightmare began. If you're lucky enough to get a good block off the assembly line you're probably fine, I wasn't so lucky. I started having connection errors between the bird and the remote control, which seems to be a fairly common error after searching the internet and related forums for the issue, so I contacted DJI, went through a thousand hurdles and procedures and finally got permission to ship. he returned (at my expense) for repairs. got it back and after a few weeks - boom - same problem again but this time DJI wanted to charge me for the "repair" they failed the first time claiming the drone was damaged. I disputed that the drone had a small incident where it brushed a bush and landed on its back without damaging the drone, only very minor scratches on the body, but after that it worked absolutely fine. The problem was exactly the same problem that was not solved at all. The seller didn't step in to help as he was basically - understandably - claiming that his relationship with DJI was more important than my problem and Revane left me in the dark with that 1k paperweight because the abc (or whatever it was called there) ended in a few days. Don't take my word for it, look around, do your due diligence before you give these people your hard earned money. Again, if you're getting a good bird out of the box, you're probably spot on, but if you happen to have to deal with DJI customer service, need to take medication, it can be a painful ride and learning experience. I love the bird and the whole concept of humming, but I figured her disdain for her customers would not be found on a facade like Revain. I was wrong.
