Bad design: my rating
I thought I'd get a great discount (black friday) and decided to buy this for my son. It's a size 11 but I bought this when it was a 12 so it would last 2 winters instead of one. While the bottom of the shoe says it's a size 12 and larger than a size 11, my son couldn't even try it on because his foot couldn't fit through the narrow opening. Very strange. No matter how hard he pushed, his leg didn't go all the way in. Very frustrating. Came back for a refund.
