Handwritten size on label

Pants for boys in size 10 look like pants in size 14, size 10 or larger. In the picture you can see the actual size 10 pants that we previously bought over the wrong size pants that we just received. The tag has been cut off and the sizing was HANDWRITTEN.They appear to be used and smell bad.I am so angry that I paid for them and have to pay for return shipping.
