Edited Review: I've decided to edit my original review. After about 4 months of use they are useless. I don't think it's real Fiskars, it's fake. They are very difficult to open and close. I only used them to trim threads when sewing. They are also heavier than my original pair and have a different handle shape. I will try to send them back to the manufacturer. First review: Time to replace my 40 year old Weiss embroidery scissors! These are excellent scissors that easily cut thread when sewing. Bought a second pair to have.
