Would buy again. Maybe go size 1 or wear shorts
My 10 year old girl loves this dress, she is skinny so sometimes it's too big for her so we ordered 10 and it's actually a bit small in the front , but it doesn't really matter because she wears longer white shorts anyway since she's always doing wheels. It's very cute and well made.
